1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Plugix ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Plugix provides an AI-powered integration platform that connects business systems through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Our Service includes:

• AI-powered chat interface for business operations
• MCP server connectors for various platforms (Pimcore, AWS, Zendesk, etc.)
• API access for programmatic integration
• Dashboard for managing connections and usage

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Data and Security

Your credentials stay with you. MCP servers run on your infrastructure, and your database passwords, API tokens, and other credentials never leave your servers.

Product data may pass through our API for AI processing but is not stored permanently. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, Paddle. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees for your selected plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the billing date
• Overage charges if you exceed your plan's request limits

Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and handles all tax collection and compliance.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Plugix and protected by intellectual property laws. Our MCP server code is open source under the MIT license.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plugix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing dashboard.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.
