CRM for logistics and transport
Requests with an estimate from your rate card, shipments and trips with statuses, the fleet and drivers, tracking for the client — for international and groupage freight, parcels, couriers and moving. The AI assistant on your site works out the price and creates the request even at 23:40.

A day for logistics companies with Plugix CRM
An example, Shliakh logistics: three moments of an ordinary day. The business, people and prices are made up; this is how it looks in Plugix CRM, and all of it already works.
A request: the price confirmed
In the morning the logistician sees the new request with its estimate in Telegram and confirms the price with one tap; a client who subscribed in Telegram gets it there.

The driver: “border”
The driver marks “loaded”, “border”, “customs”, “unloaded” from a page on the phone and adds a photo of the CMR; the trip in the CRM updates by itself.

The client sees where the cargo is
The client opens the tracking link or asks the AI on your site “where is my cargo?” and sees the last status. Nobody sees anyone else’s shipments.

What changes with Plugix CRM
A client asks the price in the evening, and the logistician answers in the morning, after they’ve found another carrier.
The AI on your site works out an estimate from your rates at once and creates the request; in the morning the logistician confirms the price with one tap in Telegram.
“Where is my cargo?”: ten calls a day.
The driver marks the statuses from a page on the phone, and the client sees them by a link or asks the AI on your site with the number and the phone.
The margin is worked out in Excel, mixing euros and hryvnias.
The client’s price and the carrier’s cost sit in the shipment, the margin is worked out only within one currency, and reports are per currency.
A tractor unit’s insurance ran out while the truck was on a trip.
The CRM reminds you in Telegram ahead of time about insurance, inspection and drivers’ licence dates.
What you and your team see
More of the dashboard for logistics companies, on the same example. All of it already works.
An AI assistant on your website
Answers shippers in the chat on your website: works out an estimate from your rates, creates the request and says where the cargo is.
Try it yourself
Shliakh logistics is made up. The assistant works out an estimate only from its rates, creates a request after your “yes” and says where a cargo is; in the demo nothing is kept or sent.
Shliakh logisticsKyiv, 135 Pyrohivskyi Shliakh · Mon–Fri 09:00–19:00
- Works out the price from your rate card only and calls it an estimate: the logistician confirms the final one.
- Asks only what the estimate is missing: the weight or volume, pallets, dates, ADR, temperature.
- No rate for the lane: it names no price, and still creates the request for the logistician.
- Creates the request only after the client’s “yes”; the logistician gets it in Telegram with the breakdown.
- “Where is my cargo?”: the last status by the number and the phone; never someone else’s cargo.
- Works in the chat on your website; it doesn’t answer in Telegram or Viber yet.
Limits for logistics companies
Names a price only from your rate card and only as an estimate: the logistician confirms the final one. No rate: no price, but it still creates the request. Never guarantees delivery dates or customs, and gives no customs or legal advice beyond your FAQ. Never shows anyone else’s cargo.
How a logistics company starts
No template with made-up trips: services, rates, the fleet and clients come from your data.
- Services and rates
Which transport you do, vehicle types and the rate card, from Excel with a template; before applying anything the CRM shows what will change.
- Fleet and drivers
Vehicles with their insurance and inspection dates, drivers with the link to their page; the CRM reminds you of the dates.
- Your site
The request form and the AI assistant on your site: a request with its estimate reaches the logistician in Telegram.

Terms: the price, the launch, payment
- “From €169” is a month, the CRM with the AI assistant on your site. We name the exact price after a conversation: it depends on the number of managers, trips and vehicles.
- The launch and moving your data — rates, fleet and clients — are priced after a demo on your own data.
- Before you pay, we show you the CRM on your own rates. You pay in advance for a month or a year, by card through a link.
- Prices exclude VAT; VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
Frequently asked questions
Didn’t find the answer? Write to hello@plugix.ai.
Does the CRM draw up the order contract or the invoice?
Not yet: you upload the shipment’s documents to its card, and the driver adds a photo of the CMR.
Can we work with hired carriers?
Yes: a carrier with its company code and contacts, its cost in the shipment and the margin. Splitting one hired truck’s cost across several groupage loads isn’t there yet.
Does the AI answer in Telegram and Viber?
Not yet: the AI assistant works in the chat on your website.
Several loads on one trip?
Yes: you put several shipments on a trip, and the CRM shows how much of the vehicle’s capacity is used. Each shipper sees only their own cargo.
Where does the AI get the price?
From your rate card: the lane (a country, region or city), the basis — trip, km, kg, pallet, m³, LDM, hour or parcel — a minimum and surcharges (ADR, temperature, urgent, customs, loaders, insurance, fuel). The distance for a per-km rate comes from the rate: the CRM uses no map service.
We price in euros and zlotys. Is that supported?
Yes: each rate is in hryvnias, euros, zlotys or dollars. The CRM never converts sums between currencies: the margin and reports are per currency.
How does a driver update the statuses?
From a page on the phone by a personal link, no app: their trips, the “loaded”, “border”, “customs” and “unloaded” buttons and a photo of the CMR. Once they link Telegram, new trips arrive there.
Can the client see where the cargo is?
Yes: by the tracking link, or by asking the AI assistant on your site with the number and the phone. Nobody sees anyone else’s shipments.
