Subscription terms

In short: what you buy, how you pay and what happens if you stop paying. The full terms are the offer agreement (in Ukrainian); where they differ, the offer prevails.

What you buy

A subscription to Plugix CRM for your industry: together with AI (the bundle) or the CRM alone, for a month or a year. Plans and prices are on your industry’s page and on the main page; you see the amount before you pay.

Payment

• You pay in advance: for a month or a year, by card through monobank.
• Plugix has no trial: before you pay, we show you the CRM on your own price list or catalogue.
• There are no refunds: a paid period is not returned.

Cancellation and non-payment

• The subscription renews for the next period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time, in the dashboard or by an email from the owner’s address to admin@plugix.ai; the cancellation takes effect from the next period, and the paid period runs to its end.
• If a renewal is not paid on the day it is due, the AI and the service may stop that same day and the dashboard become read-only. Your data is kept for at least 90 days.

Your data

You can export your data — clients, bookings or orders — from the dashboard to a file at any time.
