What changes with Plugix CRM
Two photographers booked the same hall for 14:00 with two different admins.
Every hall is its own calendar, and the server won’t let two bookings into one hall at the same time, whoever makes them.
After a shoot the hall needs tidying, and the next group is already at the door.
Set a gap between bookings — 15 minutes, say. Free time is counted with it, so the next rental never lands right after.
At 23:00 a photographer asks whether a hall is free on Sunday, and the admin is asleep.
The assistant takes the free time from the halls’ calendars, names the rental price from the price list and books once the client confirms. The booking reaches you in Telegram with “Confirm” and “Decline” buttons.
Every admin answers about the equipment and the number of people in their own way.
The assistant takes the halls’ rules, the equipment and the number of people only from your FAQ. What isn’t there, it doesn’t make up.

Terms: the bundle, locations, paying for a year, the launch
- A place is a booking calendar in the CRM: a stylist, a teacher, a bay, a chair or a hall. We count the ones in use.
- The bundle: the AI receptionist with the CRM in the set — the CRM for the typical size is already in the assistant's plan, a bigger size pays the difference at the CRM's list. The AI here is the Start plan: up to 1,500 conversations a month on the booking page and in two channels of your choice (the site, Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp); a third channel and more come with the “Social” package, €99 a month; bigger plans are on the main page.
- For service booking, the 20% discount applies only to the CRM of each additional location, priced by its places. AI and packages are not discounted. With AI, 2–5 locations require at least the Business plan and 6–10 require Network, so the total can rise by more than the additional CRM charge.
- A year in advance: 10 months instead of 12.
- You launch by yourself: the launch assistant in your dashboard walks you through the setup in about 20 minutes, and the Plugix team helps if you need it. If you want the team with you, tick “A launch with the team” when you pay: the team gets in touch within working hours and sets everything up with you; a one-off €29 for the CRM alone paid monthly, at no extra charge in the bundle and on any annual plan. Without the box, nothing is added.
- Before you pay, we show you the CRM on your own price list. You pay in advance for a month or a year, by card through a link.
- Prices exclude VAT; VAT is added at checkout where it applies.

Can a backdrop, props or extra lighting be added to a rental?
Yes, as add-ons: they take no time of their own in the calendar, and you set the price for each location.
Photographers book again and again. How do we tell them apart?
The client’s card has the whole rental history, tags and notes: a “photographer” tag, say, or which backdrop they usually take.
The studio keeps different hours on holidays. How do we handle that?
Set a special day: its own hours or a day off. Free time on the website and in the assistant is then counted from it.
Several halls — several calendars?
Yes. Every hall is its own calendar, and free time is counted from the hours and the length of the rental.
Can we stay on our current booking software?
Plugix CRM replaces your current software entirely, and the AI receptionist works from its live prices and free times. Connecting the AI to other booking software is built for a client, by estimate. If you switch, clients can be uploaded from CSV: name, phone, Telegram, Instagram, notes, tags, birthday. There will be no duplicates by phone number.
We have several locations. Is that supported?
Yes. Each location has its own schedule, its own prices and its own halls, and if someone works at two locations, travel time between bookings is taken into account.
Do we need a website?
No. Every business gets its own booking page with a QR code — for Instagram, Google Maps or your sign. If you have a site, the widget goes in with one line of code.
How do we sign in to the dashboard?
No passwords: a code in Telegram or a link by email. The dashboard is easy to use from a phone and installs as an app.
Can we take our data with us?
Yes, at any time: clients and all bookings export to CSV for Excel or Google Sheets.
