No. I work alongside your team: what I can’t close, I hand to a person with the whole conversation — a store’s team in the CRM, a service’s owner in Telegram. Your team sees every conversation in the CRM.
What if you get something wrong?
I don’t make things up. I answer only from your catalogue data and your store’s rules. Your team sees every conversation in the CRM, so an inaccuracy in a product card is easy to spot and fix.
Do I need a developer to connect you?
No. I pull your catalogue from a product feed or Shopify, and the launch assistant in your dashboard walks you through the rest. Another platform comes with the “Integrations and API” package, your own API by estimate. If something doesn’t work, the Plugix team helps.
How does a shopper pay for an order from the chat?
The money goes straight to you. In the messenger I show a summary, wait for a “yes”, reserve the item and send a payment link from your own monobank or LiqPay. Without payment keys, a manager sends the details instead.
Do you see current prices and stock?
Yes. I answer from the catalogue and stock in Plugix CRM, per size and warehouse. You choose how the data gets into the CRM at the start: a feed, a CSV or Excel import, or an exchange with BAS / 1C (the “Integrations and API” package).
Can you put my store into ChatGPT?
Yes, as a separate project. The Plugix team builds a dedicated MCP server for your store and submits it to ChatGPT as an app; OpenAI decides whether to publish it. The same server works with Claude and other MCP assistants. It is priced by estimate.
What kind of business are you for?
Stores and service businesses. Any e-commerce, especially with thousands of products and complex specs: electronics, car parts, appliances, tools, building materials, sport. And service businesses: beauty salons, car services, dental clinics, schools, fitness studios, medical centres, cleaning companies, lawyers and accountants — I book into your schedule in Plugix CRM: groups with seats and a waiting list, a trial at your own price, passes; another booking system is an integration by estimate. For coffee shops and restaurants I take orders ahead for a pickup time and book tables, for made-to-order producers I hand a custom piece to a manager for a quote, and for a logistics company I work out an estimate from its rates in the chat on its site.
