The booking shows up in the calendar at once as “new”, then “confirmed”, “completed”, “no-show” or “cancelled”.

What online booking costs

You don’t pay extra for online booking: the widget, the booking page, reminders and the Telegram bot are part of Plugix CRM. The booking CRM costs from €19 a month, or from €129 with the AI receptionist. The price depends on your industry and size (the number of staff, chairs, service bays or wash bays); the exact one is on your industry’s page.

For service booking, the 20% discount applies only to the CRM of each additional location, priced by its places. AI and packages are not discounted. With AI, 2–5 locations require at least the Business plan and 6–10 require Network, so the total can rise by more than the additional CRM charge.

You launch by yourself: the launch assistant in your dashboard walks you through the setup in about 20 minutes, and the Plugix team helps if you need it. If you want the team with you, tick “A launch with the team” when you pay: the team gets in touch within working hours and sets everything up with you; a one-off €29 for the CRM alone paid monthly, at no extra charge in the bundle and on any annual plan. Without the box, nothing is added.

How do I set up online booking?

Three things: services with durations and prices, staff with their schedules, and a place where clients book — a widget on your site or a booking page. You add all of it with the launch assistant in your dashboard in about 20 minutes; you can also send your price list to the team as text or a photo, and we’ll help.

Do I need a website for online booking?

No. Every business gets its own booking page with a QR code — for Instagram, Google Maps or your sign. If you have a site, the widget goes in with one line of code.

Can clients book through Instagram?

Yes: the booking page link goes in your Instagram bio, and clients book by themselves without a chat. The AI receptionist answers on your site and on the booking page.

Does it remind clients of their visit?

Yes, a day before the visit, in Telegram. Anyone the reminder couldn’t reach goes on a “remind by hand” list, so the receptionist can call or write.

Can two clients end up booked for the same time?

No. Free time is worked out from the schedule and the service’s duration, and the AI receptionist won’t book two clients for the same time: the server checks it.

We have several locations. Does it work?

Yes. Each location has its own schedule, its own prices and its own staff, and if someone works at two locations, travel time between bookings is taken into account.
