Agentic Ecommerce
Your shop. Ready for AI shoppers.
An external AI assistant finds products and prepares a basket from your catalogue. The buyer reviews its contents and confirms the order on the store’s page.
A pilot project, by estimate. Availability and integration scope are agreed with each store.
Local simulation: fictional products and prices, with no API, payments or real orders.

In the pilot flow, after the buyer confirms.
From a request to confirmation
Each participant has a role: the store provides the data, the agent helps choose, and the buyer decides.
The buyer describes what they need
For example, a black hoodie in a particular size. The agent reads the store’s catalogue: name, variant, price and availability.
The agent prepares a basket
The checkout request contains exact variants and quantities. The review page shows the buyer the current basket, rather than a promise from a conversation.
The buyer confirms in the store
The person opens the store’s page, checks the basket and explicitly confirms. An agent adding a product is not a confirmed order.
Your data and rules stay with the store
Before the pilot, we agree which catalogue the agent can read and how a checkout reaches the team.
Catalogue and stock
The exact variant, quantity and price. Missing data or a stock change calls for a fresh check, rather than an invented answer.
Delivery and payment
Only the store’s available methods within the agreed flow. This page promises no support for a particular payment or shopping platform.
Exceptions reach the team
Wholesale, a disputed return or a request outside the agreed rules goes to a person. Automatic refunds are not promised.
What we connect in a pilot
This is a separate project, rather than a feature automatically enabled in every plan.
Together we define the catalogue, external agent, permissions, buyer review and order handoff into Plugix. Scope, timing and price follow an assessment. The calculator shows the current Plugix setup; it does not include an Agentic Ecommerce project fee.
Work out PlugixAn AI shopper and an owner in ChatGPT have different roles
Here, an external agent helps a buyer choose products. Running your own CRM from ChatGPT is a separate connection: the owner works with their own orders, customers and reports within their role.
How owners run their business from ChatGPTThe Plugix pilot REST API
A custom Plugix contract for an external buyer agent. This is no claim of ACP or UCP compatibility or platform certification.
- GET
/api/agent/v1/:shop - Read the store manifest and the pilot’s available capabilities.
- GET
/api/agent/v1/:shop/openapi.json - Read the OpenAPI schema for the custom Plugix REST contract.
- GET
/api/agent/v1/:shop/products - Read the store’s catalogue.
- POST
/api/agent/v1/:shop/checkouts - Prepare a checkout and obtain the buyer’s review_url.
- GET
/api/agent/v1/:shop/checkouts/:id - Read the state using this checkout’s own capability token.
The first pilot supports goods in UAH; API monetary amounts are in kopiykas (minor units). Payment is cash on delivery (COD) only, with pickup or a Nova Poshta branch. Carrier fees are separate from the goods total. The store’s server, rather than the agent, determines prices and available stock. A quote is valid for 15 minutes.
Catalogue access and checkout preparation are available for a publicly enabled store without an owner key. Reading the state requires the individual checkout capability token returned with the draft. The review page has its own token; confirmation is protected by a SameSite cookie and nonce. Owner keys are not used in this flow.
The buyer’s review page
/b/:shop/agent-checkout/:idThe agent hands the review_url to the person. Final confirmation happens on this store page. The interactive demo above never calls these APIs.
Frequently asked questions
Is this available to every store already?
No. Agentic Ecommerce is a pilot project by estimate. API availability and the integration flow are agreed separately.
Can the agent place an order without the buyer?
The agent prepares a basket and a review link. The buyer’s final confirmation is a separate step on the store’s page.
Is this official ChatGPT checkout, ACP or UCP?
No. This page describes a custom Plugix REST contract. Compatibility, app publication and checkout availability on a particular platform require a separate agreement; no platform approval is claimed.
What does it cost?
We estimate the pilot from the catalogue and integration scope. The calculator shows current Plugix plans; this page has no separate fixed Agentic Ecommerce price.
Does the demo place a real order?
No. It runs in browser memory with fictional data. Confirmation creates a local demo receipt; no API, payment, delivery or real stock is changed.
