How to connect ChatGPT, step by step
Turn on developer mode
In ChatGPT: Settings → Apps → Advanced → Developer mode.
Create the app
Name: Plugix. Address:
https://crm.plugix.ai/mcp. Sign-in: OAuth.Sign in and choose the business
ChatGPT opens Plugix: you sign in as usual, choose the business and press “Allow”.
Ask
Write “What’s on tomorrow?” and ChatGPT answers from your Plugix.
Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and others: the address https://crm.plugix.ai/mcp in their connector (MCP) settings, then the same sign-in and “Allow”.

What does it cost?
The ChatGPT connection is included in the Plugix CRM plan at no extra cost: from €19 a month, with the AI assistant for your clients from €129. ChatGPT is your own.
Do I need a paid ChatGPT plan?
While Plugix is in review for the ChatGPT directory, yes: developer mode is in the Plus, Pro and Business plans. Or connect Claude, Gemini or Perplexity: the same address in their connector (MCP) settings.
Does OpenAI see my business data?
ChatGPT receives only what you asked for, within your role, and processes it under OpenAI’s rules. Plugix keeps no copy of your conversations with the chat. More in the privacy policy.
Does it work in Ukrainian?
Yes. Ask in any language: the chat answers in yours and takes the data from Plugix.
Does Plugix work without ChatGPT?
