In short
Stock control is keeping track of how much of each product is in each warehouse, what is reserved for orders, what came in from suppliers and what was written off. In a CRM it is tied to sales: the stock level changes when an order is placed, shipped or returned, not when someone updates a spreadsheet.
What Plugix CRM does
Several warehouses and stores
Stock and reservations separately for each warehouse, store or showroom. Transfers between them come with a log: what, from where, to where, who and why.
Reservations for orders
An order reserves the stock, shipping writes it off, cancelling puts it back. Two shoppers can’t buy the last unit: the database checks it.
Kits
A set of several products sells as one, while the stock reserves and writes off each of its parts. The CRM works out how many kits can be sold from the free parts.
Goods receipts and cost
A delivery from a supplier is recorded with its purchase price, and the product’s cost becomes the weighted average. The stock is valued at cost and at the selling price.
Suppliers and purchasing
A supplier’s card with their details and the products they supply, purchase orders and returns to the supplier. You see what open orders still wait for from each one.
Stocktakes with a scanner
You count goods with a barcode scanner, and the difference in pieces and money shows before you finish. Documents to print: a goods receipt note, a transfer note, a write-off act, a stocktake list.
Dropshipping
A supplier’s products come from their feed: prices and availability update by themselves, and you sell what isn’t physically in your warehouse.
Marketplaces and the site see the same stock
Rozetka, Prom, Epicentr, Kasta and Allo get the stock level after every change, and the feeds for Google and Meta always carry current availability.
Alerts and the overview
A product drops below its threshold and a Telegram message arrives. The overview shows what is running low and what the stock is worth.
BAS / 1C
If you keep your books in BAS or 1C, products, prices and stock come from there over the standard “Exchange with website”, and orders go back.
Where it is included and what it costs
Warehouses, stock, reservations, kits, the movement log and alerts are in a store’s base. Receipts, suppliers, purchasing, stocktakes, valuation and dropshipping: the “Stock and delivery” — €89 package a month, which also adds Ukrposhta, Meest and Rozetka Delivery. The “Growth” (€429) and “Brand” (€859) editions already have it. Marketplaces and BAS / 1C: the “Integrations and API” — €119 package.
Frequently asked questions

Can I keep stock without BAS or 1C?
Yes. The catalogue is uploaded from CSV or Excel, and from then on you keep products and stock right in the CRM. If you have BAS or 1C, it stays the master for products, prices and stock.
How many warehouses can I keep?
As many as you need: warehouses, stores, a showroom. Stock and reservations show separately for each.
How is the cost worked out?
As a weighted average: each delivery changes the product’s cost, taking into account what is already in stock. The stock valuation is worked out from it.
Do stock levels update on Rozetka and Prom?
Yes, after every change, in the “Integrations and API” package. Feeds for Rozetka, Prom, Google and Meta with current availability are in the base.
Does it suit dropshipping?
Yes: a supplier’s products come in from their feed with prices and availability. That is the “Stock and delivery” package.
