In short
The move takes three steps. First Plugix CRM reads the old system’s data, through its API or from an export file; this takes from a few minutes to an hour. Then you check how the old order statuses map to the new ones. After “Move” the records come over in batches, and nothing changes in the old system: its data is only read.
What comes over, and how
Straight from another CRM
Several widely used CRMs connect through their API: you enter an access key, and Plugix CRM reads the data by itself, in batches, at the pace that system allows. The key is kept sealed and the screen never shows it again.
From any CRM or spreadsheet, as a file
Any CRM’s export or your own spreadsheet: CSV (UTF-8) or Excel .xlsx up to 6 MB and 50,000 rows at a time. Three kinds: clients, orders (a row per order or per item) and deals. The CRM finds the columns by their names, in Ukrainian or English.
Clients with no duplicates
The same phone never makes a second card. The name, birthday and notes go into the card, other phones and emails into its notes. A record with no phone or email is skipped, and you see why.
Orders with their history
Old orders become archive orders with their own numbers, items, delivery, payment and source. They don’t touch the stock and don’t go to BAS or 1C, and you check how the old statuses map to the new ones before the move.
Pipelines and deals
Pipelines come over with their stages, deals into their stages with the amount, contact, company and their original dates. The owner stays the same when that manager is already on the team (by email).
Notes, calls, tasks and files
The card’s feed comes over together with calls: the number, the duration, the recording. Tasks, open and done; files are copied into our storage.
A second run without copies
Run the move from the same source a second time, and the CRM finds what already came over instead of making it twice.
The price list and the catalogue
For service booking the price list is read from text or a photo: what the AI can’t read it leaves empty and never makes prices up, and you check the table. For stores the catalogue comes from CSV or Excel, or from BAS / 1C.

Which CRM can I move from?
From any that can export clients, orders or deals to a file, which is nearly all of them. From several widely used CRMs we take the data straight through their API. Name yours in the form and we’ll tell you the fastest way.
How long does the move take?
Reading the data takes from a few minutes to an hour, depending on the volume and how fast the old system answers. Then the records come over in batches every 5 minutes. Done for you, we agree on an evening with you to switch the channels over.
Can I move from Excel or Google Sheets?
Yes: save the sheet as CSV or Excel .xlsx. The CRM finds the name, phone, email or amount columns by their names.
Will there be duplicate clients?
No: the same phone never makes a second card, and a second run from the same source finds what already came over.
What happens to the stock when orders come over?
Nothing: archive orders don’t move the stock and don’t go to BAS or 1C. Stock levels come separately, from BAS / 1C or from a catalogue file.
Does the old CRM keep working during the move?
Yes: Plugix CRM only reads its data and changes nothing in it. You work as usual until you switch the channels over.
